Although customization is limited, we do offer certain options, such as low carb, gluten free, low fat, non-dairy, and vegan options.

5 oz protein, 130 grams of starch, 80 grams of vegetables. For the low carb option there will be 130 grams of cauliflour rice, zucchini noodles, or weekly veggie instead of the 130 grams of starch.

Microwave for 2 to 2 and 1/2 minutes or heat in oven safe dish at 400 degrees for 10 minutes

The menu changes weekly, but we do offer certain staple items every week.
